In 1990, DENSO created the Micro Car. With a working engine in a body only 4.8 mm long, this project demonstrated a superb combination of innovative design, high-precision manufacture, and semiconductor expertise and encapsulating the potential of micro-machine technology.  

Today we continue to develop the technologies required to produce high quality precision parts for a new generation of automobiles and technologies. In the future, these can also be used in micro-robots in non-automotive industries such as health care.  

Our aim, while building on our core competence in production, is to create unprecedented products by developing technologies that deliver new value.
