This processing robot employs a highly rigid arm suitable for heavy duty tasks. Two spindle types and two handling types are available which can be selected according to purpose. Its dust-proof and mist-proof structure can withstand tough environments. Ultrasonic welding applications can be performed using this robot. The robot system can perform high quality ultrasonic welding by incorporating thrust, positioning and speed control in addition to an automatic tool horn changing function.
