Product Range Overview
Radiators
DENSO manufacturers a wide range of aluminium and traditional copper/brass radiators to suit Australian vehicles from the early 1970’s through to 2005 (Product Catalogue).
There are Cross Flow, Down Flow and MultiplePass designs available.
- Fin and Tube type (for passenger vehicles, light commercial and motorcycles): This is the most common type of radiator. It comprises corrugated fins which are bonded to the sides of flat sided tubes to make up a core matrix.
- Plate Fin type (for heavy commercial and agricultural applications): This is a sturdier design. It is comprised of a series of flat plates as fins and tubes which pass through the punched holes in the plates.
