DENSO To Combine Business in Australia

DENSO Australia Group will be integrating its primary business functions in Australia to improve efficiency and customer service. As of April 2010 its manufacturing plant Australian Automotive Air Pty. Ltd. (AAA) and the sales, service and logistics functions of DENSO International Australia Pty. Ltd. (DIAU) will combine to create DENSO Automotive Systems Australia Pty. Ltd. (DNAU).

"This integration will allow employees from both companies to work more closely, which will help improve customer service and establish a more efficient management system," said Kazuo Hironaka, senior managing director overseeing DENSO's Sales Group. "We aim to strengthen business operations to increase our competitiveness in Australia."
